A gated , 250 unit, two and three bedroom townhome community featuring BGI’s copyrighted “flexible garage” design in an on-going rental application. The flexibility allows a rental offering that varies in price options and can then appeal to a wider range of renter.
The product was designed to allow for cost effective construction without sacrificing the features most important to the renter. Examples include singular plumbing stack, only two framing variations, one stack protrusion through the roof and no no-leasable square footage. The finished product, however, is nothing short of beautiful.
